Yesterday I had the pleasure of teaching a self defense workshop at @yogasaktisalem . This was a BA group of women who came in and worked hard. Thank you so much for having me. I can't wait to do it again!

In recognition of April being Sexual Assault Awareness month we're be putting on several Self Defense workshops to help spread awareness and raise funds for HAWC (Healing Abuse Working for Change) who strives to help abused women, children, men, and non-binary people live free from violence and fear.
