Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned athlete, our Gloucester martial arts and fitness classes are designed to challenge you, build real skills, and keep you coming back. Located at 127 Eastern Ave, Gloucester MA 01930, Sleeping Tiger Fitness & Martial Arts offers a full weekly schedule of classes for adults and youth.

Our Gloucester Classes Include:

Kickboxing — High-energy striking classes combining punches, kicks, and movement. Great for fitness and self-defense. Led by Naomi Deckert and Nathan Gimler-Zimmerman.

Heavy Bag & Strength — Conditioning-focused classes using heavy bags, bodyweight, and functional strength training. Build endurance and power.

Youth Programs — Age-appropriate martial arts and fitness classes that build confidence, discipline, and coordination in kids. New members can drop in or sign up online. Classes run throughout the week at multiple times to fit your schedule. Whether your goal is fitness, competition, stress relief, or self-defense — there’s a class for you at STF Gloucester.
